Return & Refund Policy

At Common Skies Foundation, we are committed to transparency and accountability in all our operations. Since we operate as a non-profit charitable organization, all donations made to the foundation are considered final and non-refundable.

However, we understand that errors may occur during online transactions. To address such situations, our policy is as follows:

1. Donations

• 1.All donations are non-refundable once processed.
• 2.If you believe an error has occurred in your donation (such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amount), please contact us immediately at [info@thecsf.org.in/+918142457156].

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be issued in the following cases:

• 1.The transaction was charged more than once due to a technical error.
• 2.The donor’s account was debited but payment not reflected with us.
• 3.The donor has entered an incorrect amount and has notified us within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Refund Process

• 1.To request a refund, please write to us at [info@thecsf.org.in] with transaction details (donor name, date, payment reference, and amount).
• 2.Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

4. Event Registrations / Services

• 1.In case of paid events, campaigns, or services hosted by the foundation, cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the event.
• 2.Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
